The objective of this project was to design an app which helps users to track and find their baggage when they travel. I proposed this idea 2 years before Apple announced something similar to the market.
Baggage loss can occur due to a lack of proper handling at some airports, which can cause unpleasant experiences for users. The project arises from the users need to keep track of their baggage on each stage when they travel.

Due to resource limitations, I was not able to do primary research; however, I was able to use additional research methods. I acquired previous internal research done on our target audience with partners and group members to gain more insight. The sitemap was carefully planned to fullfill the requirements of the app. It has a cover, login, sign up, menu, account, tracking map, notifications and help support pages.
Wireframes are the layout structure that helped me align on requirements, keeping UX design conversations focused and constructive. The wireframe showed the design team and the client the bare-bones outlines of my pages, components, and features.
I created the visual design of the product to convey cleanness and focused on the accesibility an usability principles so the final user could navigate freely through every page,
After some iterations and thanks to the technology involved that just requires a little device placed in luggage, travellers will have an easier experience knowing their belongings are tracked anytime and have a whole overview of the journey.
The steps behind the project were the creation of a prototype in Figma and the implementaion of the design in a Framework that allowed to improve performance with a single page application approach.
